It’s Your Love by Rachel D. Russell is the latest installment of the Fox Family Series set in Susan May Warren’s Deep Haven story world.
What I Liked About It’s Your Love by Rachel D. Russell
I’m a Deep Haven lover, so any book set in this story world is going to interest me. It’s Your Love focuses on Grayson Fox and Beth Strauss. Grayson left years ago to make a new life for himself in Oregon. He has a tragic past that he’s still trying to overcome. His return to Deep Haven is only temporary. Beth faced a tragedy of her own when she was a girl that has profoundly affected her life. The story revolves around how both these characters overcome their past.
It’s You Love is a story of enemies to romance. This is one of my favorite tropes, so seeing the conflict between the two characters at first and how close proximity enabled them to move past the hurts was entertaining. I liked Grayson and Beth so naturally I wanted them to end up together.
What You’ll Like About It’s Your Love
If you’re a Deep Haven fan, you’ll enjoy this book. You’ll catch up with the lives of some familiar characters, which I always like.
The sparring between Grayson and Beth is fun to visualize in your mind.
Finally, if you like stories where the characters have to make hard decisions that have consequences for family and friends, you’ll find this novel satisfying.
