Lisa wins ACFW Genesis Award for Romance
On August 26, 2023, Lisa won the American Christian Fiction Writer’s Genesis Award for Romance. The Genesis Contest offers unpublished Christian fiction authors feedback, direction, and discoverability. In her acceptance speech, Lisa acknowledged she could see God’s hand in everything that has happened so far in her writing career. “It’s too fantastic to be coincidence—the people God has placed in my life to help me, and the opportunities He’s given me over the last four years.”

Dare to Live Greatly by L.C. Fowler is one of the best inspirational books I’ve read in a long time. Fowler has taken his experiences as a Navy SEAL and used it to show how Christian living can be as tough and rigorous as BUD/S training all SEALs must complete.
